How to use the Dashboard before Publishing

Understand what you’ll see on the dashboard before your app is published and how to complete required publishing steps.

The dashboard helps you set up the essential parts of your app before publishing. It highlights required actions, provides quick-start guidance, and offers shortcuts to sales or support if you need assistance.


Requirements

  • Your app must be unpublished

  • Only admin users with dashboard access can view this screen


How to use the Pre-Dashboard

  1. Log in, go to Dashboard in the left navigation

  2. In the center of the screen, review the “Get Started” panel

    • Use the left and right arrows to browse recommended setup steps

    • These may include actions like choosing your Home Screen or adding your first feature

  3. At the bottom of the panel, choose how you’d like support if needed

    • Click Book a Demo to speak with the sales team

    • Click Contact Support to get technical assistance

  4. On the right side of the pre-dashboard, review your required publishing tasks

    • Click Privacy & Terms to add or update your policies

    • Click Publishing Settings to complete required app-store information

    • Return to this panel anytime to track your publishing progress
