Videos in this feature include but are not limited to; a dynamic todo list type functionality, bookmarking & notetaking on specific videos or timestamps, and the ability for users to jump to pertinent tasks as well as share or favorite them.

You have a series of devotionals that you’d like to charge people for via in-app purchases

What are the Video Task Manager Features primary functions and what are the steps to accomplish them?
The Video task Manager Feature was made for all types of video demonstrations in mind, including but not limited to: lectures, classes, sermons, conference presentations, workout routines, and even internal company presentations.
No we'll go over how to set up this feature. When you first add an instance of the Video Task Manager Plugin, it will be empty. To add a video to this feature, you'll first need to setup your Google API key.
Setup an API Key
Follow these steps to setup an API key:

It’s important to use the full video URL—not the shortened URL.
After obtaining the API key, navigate to the API keys option on the settings dropdown, paste your key into the Google API Key field, and click Save.
It is best to use secure websites (https). Some operating systems require it.
You'll want to decide whether to Auto-Enlist all users or keep this restricted to certain users. To automatically provide users with access to this feature, click the Auto enlist all users toggle at the very top of the page. If you’d rather restrict usage of this feature to users with specific tags, enter those tags in the Only allow users with the following tags field.
Adding the Video URL
Paste the URL (link) of your video into the Video URL field, then click the Validate button to ensure that the system recognizes the link.
Create a Task List
In this section, you can create a list of tasks for the user to complete while watching the video.
Take Action When List is Completed: Optionally, click the Take Action When List is Completed toggle so that it turns green and reveals the Action > Add button. Click this button and—in the popup window—configure the action that you want to occur when the user completes the entire task list.
Follow these steps to create the task list:
Enter a Task Description, which can be thought of as the title for the timestamp.
In the Timestamp field, use the small arrows to specify the point in the video timeline at which you want the task to appear.
Click the Add button.
Repeat the steps above to add more tasks.
Task List Completion Message
In this section, add a congratulatory message for users who complete the Task List.
Click the Enable Message toggle so that it turns green and reveals the editor. Enter your message and use the toolbar to format the message, then click the Save button.
You can require that a user must login to use this feature. By requiring a login, a user must first create an account to access this feature. Optionally, you can restrict access only to users that have specific. See User Management and Tagging article for more information.
With tagging, a tag is applied to any user that opens this feature in your app. In the User Management page, you can see a list of each time a tag has been applied to each user. Tagging can be useful in hiding and showing content—or sending custom push notifications to various user segments. See the User Management article for more information.
