The YouCanBook.me plugin lets you connect your YouCanBook.me scheduling page directly to your app. This allows users to view availability, select time slots, and book appointments inside the app using the same calendar and rules configured on your YouCanBook.me account.
Requirements
This is a Boost plugin, available on specific plans only
Requires an active YouCanBook.me account and scheduling page
How to use the YouCanBook.me plugin
Log in, go to Builder in the left navigation
Click the + button to open the Plugin Marketplace
Search for YouCanBook.me, then click Add Plugin
Name your plugin and choose whether to add it to the side menu, then click Add
Stay in the Content tab
Copy your scheduling link from YouCanBook.me
Log in to your YouCanBook.me account
Go to your profile or scheduling page
Copy your booking page URL
Paste and validate your booking link
Paste the URL into the link field in the Buildfire control panel
Click Validate to confirm the link is valid

Users can view available dates, time slots, and appointment durations
Users can select a time, enter their details, and confirm the booking directly in the app
Click the Security tab:
Turn on Require Login to restrict booking access to logged-in users
(Optional) Add tag-based restrictions and choose whether to match any or all tags
Click the Tagging tab:
Enter a tag name to automatically apply to users when they open this feature
Click Add Tag
Click the Purchase tab:
Check Require Purchase to enable
Choose your product type (e.g., Single Purchase or Subscription)
Upload an image, fill out purchase text, and success/failure messages
Click the Analytics tab to see feature performance:
Track feature opens and user engagement over time
