Pro tips

  • Be creative with your QR code actions: Link QR codes to forms, videos, content, or purchases—you’re only limited by your imagination.

  • Place the QR Scanner in your app’s side or footer menu: Keeps it accessible and encourages frequent use.

  • Use QR codes in promotions: Direct users to in-app purchases or premium content from flyers, ads, or social media.

Troubleshooting tips

  • If the scanner doesn’t activate, make sure camera permissions are enabled for the app.

  • If a QR code isn’t working, double-check that it’s linked to a valid and active action.

  • Preview the QR code from the control panel before distributing it.
