How to use the Contact Us plugin

Give users an easy way to contact you with images, maps, and multiple contact options in one place

The Contact Us plugin lets you create a centralized contact page inside your app. You can add images, descriptive text, maps, and multiple contact methods such as email, phone, web links, or social media to make it easy for users to reach you when they need support or information.

How to use the Contact Us plugin

  1. Log in, go to Builder in the left navigation

  2. Click the + button to open the Plugin Marketplace

    • Search for Contact Us, then click Add Plugin

    • Name your plugin and choose whether to add it to the side menu, then click Add

  3. Stay in the Content tab

    • Choose to enter the information manually OR leverage Generate AI Data

    • Add images at the top of the page

      1. Upload one or more images (such as a logo or office photos)

      2. Click the X icon to remove an image

      3. Click the + icon next to an image to assign an action

        1. Link the image to app content, a map, a website, or a social media page

    • Add page text using the WYSIWYG editor

      1. Enter text to explain how users can contact you

      2. Use formatting options such as bold text, alignment, images, videos, buttons, and links

    • Add an address

      1. Enter a title for the address (for example, “Main Office”)

      2. Start typing an address and select it from the suggestions

      3. Choose whether to display the map

    • Add contact information

      1. Click Add Contact Information

      2. Choose an action type (such as Send Email)

      3. Enter the email address, subject, and default message

      4. Click Save

      5. Repeat to add additional contact options if needed

  4. Click the Design tab

    • Choose a layout for how images, maps, and contact info display

    • Add a background image (recommended size: 750 × 1334)

    • (Optional) Enable Advanced Mode to customize layout CSS

  5. Click the Security tab:

    • Turn on Require Login to restrict feature access to logged-in users

    • (Optional) Add tag-based restrictions and choose whether to match any or all tags

  6. Click the Tagging tab:

    • Enter a tag name to automatically apply to users when they open this feature

    • Click Add Tag

  7. Click the Purchase tab:

    • Check Require Purchase to enable

    • Choose your product type (e.g., Single Purchase or Subscription)

    • Upload an image, fill out purchase text, and success/failure messages

  8. Click the Analytics tab to see feature performance:

    • View data such as number of views, users, and devices over time


Pro tips

  • Use images with clear visual cues (logos or icons) to highlight contact options

  • Keep contact instructions short and scannable in the WYSIWYG section

  • Test email and map links on a real device to ensure actions trigger correctly
