What is the Apple Program License Agreement?

The Apple Program License Agreement is the primary contract governing your Apple Developer Account. Twice a year, Apple updates its policies, requiring all Account Holders to log in and accept the revised agreement.

NOTE:

While we can release app updates as needed once the account is set up, we are not legally authorized to accept the “Apple Program License Agreement” on your behalf.

How to Accept the Apple Program License Agreement:

1. Visit the Apple Developer website at https://developer.apple.com/.

2. Sign in using your Apple account. Be sure you're logging in as the Account Holder, as only they can complete this step.

3. Click on “Account” in the top toolbar.

4. A banner will appear at the top of the screen. Click on “Review Agreement” to view and accept the new terms.

5. Once the agreement is accepted, the banner should disappear. If it doesn’t, refresh your browser to ensure the updated status is reflected.
