What is the Account Page?

The Account Page allows you to change the name and password associated with your account in our system.

On this page you can:

  • Updater your name

  • Change your password

How to Access the Account Page

You can access the Account Page by simply going to Settings -> Account

What is the Account Page’s primary function?

The Account Page allows you to change the name and password associated with your account in our system. Let’s go over how you can change these.

How To Update The Name Associated With Your Account

Step 1: Fill out the First and Last names that you want to use

Once you’re on the Account Page type in the First and Last name that you want to use in the “First Name” and “Last Name” fields.

Step 2: Click the “Update” button

Note: Once you register in our system you are unable to change your email address. If you would like to log-in with a different email, please reach out to us and our team can set up a new profile for you so that you can use that different email to log-in with.

How To Update The Password Associated With Your Account

Step 1: Type in your Current Password

Type in the password that you’re currently using in the “Current Password” field.

Step 2: Type in the new Password that you want to use and Confirm it

Next type in the new password that you want to use in the “New Password” field then again in the “Confirm Password” field.

Note: Your new password will need to be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one Upper Case letter, Lower Case letter, a Number, and a Symbol.

Step 3: Click the “Update” button
